These are unique dice from the game designer's personal collection.
Early in the design of the Dragon Dice™ game, a single test shot of red and green plastic was run through the molds for the original four races. These are three dice from those molds. The center die is the only Goblin Filcher in Scalder colors in existence!
The photo below shows two other dice from this unique test run, to demonstrate the colors. The die on the left is a Coral Elf Enchanter, the die on the right is a Lava Elf Wyvern Rider.
